About YMIA

Execution Is the Product.

Founded in 2022 in Nairobi, YMIA exists to solve a specific problem: good plans for Africa fail more often in execution than in strategy.

Our Mission

Our mission is to connect people, businesses, and opportunities across Africa by providing reliable execution, operational intelligence, and local expertise — reducing the complexity of doing business on the continent.

Trust is infrastructure.

In markets built on relationships, trust isn't a soft value — it's what makes commerce, partnership, and long-term growth possible at all.

Local expertise beats generic playbooks.

Every market has its own texture. We work from what's actually true on the ground, not templates built elsewhere.

Execution is the differentiator.

Plenty of organisations can plan. Fewer can reliably deliver. We compete on delivery.

Flexibility over rigidity.

We scale support to fit the task — from a single administrative function to a full operational partnership.

How We Execute

Trust, At Every Level of Work.

Execution in Africa depends on people, not just plans. Our network spans every tier of workforce it takes to get things done — all held to the same standard of vetting, briefing, and accountability.

Professionals

Consultants, specialists, and subject-matter experts brought in for engagements that need deep technical or industry knowledge.

Skilled Labour

Technicians, tradespeople, and skilled operators who carry out specialised on-the-ground work — installations, logistics, and technical execution.

Unskilled Labour

General workforce support for the tasks that keep operations moving — sourced, briefed, and supervised to a consistent standard.

Casual & Day Labour

Flexible, short-term workforce coordination for time-bound tasks — no less accountable than a long-term engagement.

Whatever the tier, the standard doesn't change: vetted, briefed, and accountable to one point of contact.
Leadership

Behind the Work

One accountable team, across every function that matters.
